Ashley Esparza is the Team Leader of the HTX Home Team, established in 2020. Ashley has an astounding professional background in areas from ownership research, ad valorem taxation to property appraisal and valuation. Ashley is a former 2019 Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program graduate, being one of the elite local realtors to represent the state of Texas in the leadership program. She is also a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, helping low-to-moderate income families achieve their dream of home ownership through first-time buyer programs through the state. Her knowledge, professionalism, and passion to serve earned her Top Producer awards in real estate the last 6 years. Her approachable demeanor as well as her desire to cultivate others about the real estate market through education has acquired prominence throughout the community with hundreds of clients and prospective clients. As a native Houstonian, Ashley developed a love for real estate as a young teen through the influence of a mentor who served as a broker for many years. Real estate has ALWAYS been her passion! She has dedicated her life to serving others in real estate for nearly a decade, but is not just passionate about helping families find their next home. Ashley actively serves at her church and has several affiliations within the community.
